Request for Proposals
The City of Alameda is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation, management, operation, and maintenance of the Chuck Corica Golf Complex. It is anticipated that at the conclusion of this process the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the golf course operations under a long-term lease agreement.
