Save time and register online at www.arpdeplay.com CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: In the event a class is cancelled by the Alameda Recreation and Park Department, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations initiated by the client must be requested a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will no longer be issued. You will receive credit less a $15 administrative fee which will be applied to your ARPD Account to be used for any future ARPD class or program.
